WHEREAS it is the intention of the Mayor and Council of Cherry Hill Township to focus attention on noteworthy occasions and individuals; and
WHEREAS on Wednesday, December 5, the Cherry Hill Public Library unveils and dedicates the Friendship Grove as an outdoor extension of the library, a project years in the making; and
WHEREAS Friendship Grove is a place where visitors and members of the Cherry Hill Township community can “Relax, Reflect, and Restore” while enjoying the outdoors in a serene setting; and
WHEREAS the Friends of the Cherry Hill Library provided the means to install and develop the path, benches, and trees that form Friendship Grove; and
WHEREAS Mayor Cahn and Township Council are honored to help dedicate and celebrate this beautiful addition to the Cherry Hill Public Library.
NOW, THEREFORE, I, CHUCK CAHN, by virtue of the authority vested in me as Mayor of the Township of Cherry Hill, County of Camden, State of New Jersey, do hereby join in celebrating the dedication of the
Cherry Hill Public Library
in the Township of Cherry Hill and do urge all citizens to join with me and Council in celebrating and fully utilizing this beautiful and relaxing outdoor extension of the Cherry Hill Public Library.
