May 5, 2021

PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given by the Cherry Hill Township Board of Education that the regularly scheduled Board Work Session / Special Action Meeting scheduled for May 11, 2021 at the Malberg Administration Bldg., 45 Ranoldo Terrace, Cherry Hill, New Jersey will commence at 6:00 P.M.

This will be a virtual meeting that will be live streamed for the public, the public will not be admitted to the meeting.

PUBLIC COMMENT – PLEASE NOTE – First public comment period is for agenda items that the Board will be acting on at this meeting.  The second public comment is for any other topic. When submitting your public comment via email for the first public comment period, please indicate in the email subject line “Public Comment,” the date of the meeting, and the agenda item number. When submitting your public comment via email for the second public comment period, please indicate in the email subject line “second public comment item” and the date of the meeting. Public comment can be submitted via email to lshugars@chclc.org. In order for public comment to be considered, name, address and comment must be contained in the email. Public comments may also be mailed to Lynn Shugars at the address indicated above; the envelope should be clearly marked “public comment” and the written comment should have the same information as required for email comments.  Public Comment, for those who wish to email or mail same will be received until noon on May 11, 2021.

To submit a public comment by speaking  - When prompted during the meeting: 

1.     Click the “raise hand” button in the bottom bar of the meeting, or dial *9 to raise hand by phone

2.     You will be called on by name or identified via phone

3.     A prompt will show on your screen asking if you want to unmute

4.     If joining by phone Dial *6 to unmute your phone when prompted

5.     Begin speaking

6.     At the end of your 3 minutes, you will be muted.

SPECIAL ACTION MEETING

Immediately following Board Work Session

The Board of Education will conduct the Board Work Session / Special Action meeting via live stream at 6:00 P.M. for the purpose of considering and voting on the items presented on the special action agenda.

No formal action will be taken in Executive Session.  Formal action will be taken at the special action meeting on any and all business involving the school district in public session.
