PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that in accordance with the provisions of the Open Public Meetings Act, N.J.S.A. 10:4-6 et seq., and due to the current State of Emergency and Public Health Emergency declared by Governor Phil Murphy, in an effort to prevent further spread of COVID-19, notice is hereby given that the Caucus Meeting to be held at 7:00 PM has been cancelled and Public Meeting of the Township Council to be held at 7:30 PM has been changed to 7:00 PM on Monday, April 13, 2020. The Meeting which was originally to take place at the Cherry Hill Municipal Building has been changed to virtual Zoom Meetings.

Members of the public will be able to give public comment utilizing the Public Comments section of the meeting through Zoom or by telephone by following these directions:

The public will view the virtual meetings as an attendee. Attendees will be in “Listen & View Only Mode” Attendees will not be able to activate their webcam nor their microphone.
The virtual public meetings will be scheduled without registration, so attendees will use the “Link to Join Webinar” which will be available on our website calendar under the scheduled meeting.
As an attendee, during the virtual Council Meeting your audio will be muted. If you would like to speak during the public comment section of the meeting, you must virtually “Raise Your Hand.” The attendees who request to make a comment will be unmuted by the host in the order they raised their hand which then they can proceed with their public comment. When your comment is complete, the host will then mute your audio.
Attendees can join a meeting by phone only if they choose to. The attendee would call the dial-in numbers. They then will be prompted to enter the meeting ID number. If a phone only participant wants to participate during the Public Portion of the meeting, they would raise their hand by pressing *9. When it is their time to speak in the que, they will be unmuted by the host.
The Zoom Meeting/Webinar is the official means of conducting the meeting virtually. Public participation will only occur by either pre registering your questions with the Township Clerk prior to the meeting or being an attendee in the Zoom meeting and raising your hand during the public portion of the meeting.
