Mayor Platt In Action
Mayor Bernie Platt is on-the-job 24 hours per day, 365 days per year.  The Mayor maintains a rigorous public schedule, and he pops up just about everywhere!  Whether it's marking a Little League victory or meeting with residents during times of hardship, Bernie is there for the Township's people.<br><br>

For 40 years, the Mayor has been a resident, business owner, and public servant for this Township and all of South Jersey.  Here are a few photos that chronicle his leadership, dedication, and heart for Cherry Hill.<br><br><br>

Music Under the Stars Concert Series 2006
This past July and August, residents of Cherry Hill gathered at the Barclay Farmstead on Tuesday evenings for fun and music with their families and friends.
76ers Hoops Tour 2006
On Thursday, July 6, the 76ers Hoops Tour made a stop at Beck Middle School to teach the kids about the game of basketball.  World B. Free, Hip-Hop and Sixers Broadcast Announcer Marc Zumoff were in attendance

Area poets read their original works at the Croft Farm Arts Center on September 19. The Arts Advisory Board holds poetry readings each fall and spring. Leon Bates Concert - 2006
Leon Bates was the first perofrmer in the Cherry Hill Ensemble Series at Croft Farm's 2006-07 Season.  The concert was held on November 12, 2006.

Cherry Hill Township held the annual Holiday Lighting Ceremony on December 12, 2006.  Children's choirs from both St. Pius X Catholic Church and Temple Emanuel filled the Carman Tilelli Community Center with songs of the holiday season.

Greek Agora Festival 2005
The annual Greek Agora Festival at the Greek Orthodox Church of St. Thomas is a community favorite.  This year, longtime Councilman John Amato presented a proclamation to festival organizers during the opening ceremonies.
Harvest Festival 2005
Cherry Hill's annual fall festival at Croft Farm brought out thousands of residents and neighbors to enjoy a beautiful fall day, the historic farm setting, and fun for all ages.  The costume parade, magician, live band, restaurant pavilion, pumpkin painting, Fire Department demonstrations, Police Kid Card ID program, craft fair and much more were presented by the DeSimone Group of Cherry Hill: DeSimone BMW, DeSimone Cadillac, and DeSimone Motorcycles.
