Inclement weather closes Town Hall, Municipal Court on Thursday, March 5
The Cherry Hill Township Municipal Building and Municipal Court are closed on Thursday, March 5, due to inclement weather. The Cherry Hill Public Library is also closed.

Thursday's trash and recycling collection has been suspended. Thursday's routes will be collected on Friday, and Friday's routes will be completed on Saturday.

Thursday's Zoning Board meeting has been postponed. Any Recreation Department classes and activities at Croft Farm or in Cherry Hill Public Schools have been cancelled.

Residents enrolled in a Recreation Department class at an outside venue such as the Cherry Hill Health and Raquet Club should reach out to that venue to inquire about closures.

The Cherry Hill Office of Emergency Management, Public Works, and Township officials are monitoring conditions. Public Works has deployed all available resources to treat and clear all 260 miles of municipal roads as quickly and effectively as possible, and is ready to respond as conditions evolve.

  • To help expedite snow-removal efforts, the Office of Emergency Management reminds residents that all parked vehicles should be kept out of the roadway, and all objects should be moved out of the street. This will allow for faster and safer clearing of roads and better access for emergency responders.
  • When conditions deteriorate, we ask that drivers avoid any unnecessary travel, to allow plows and emergency responders to operate safely and effectively. If driving is unavoidable, please be conscious of road crews. Stay clear of plows, and allow ample space between yourself and other vehicles on the road. Please drive slowly and carefully and allow extra time to reach your destination.
  • Please check on elderly and disabled friends, neighbors and family members who live alone, to ensure their safety in the coming days. For specific questions or concerns within Cherry Hill, please contact Emergency Management Coordinator Kevin Seta at (856) 432-8836, or e-mail kseta@cherryhillpolice.com.
  • As always, please call 9-1-1 to report an emergency. For non-emergency assistance, call Cherry Hill Police at (856) 665-1200.
