Maris Kukainis Business Administrator E-mail Maris came to Cherry Hill's government with experience from Cigna and Citibank and an MBA from Drexel University. He directs the municipality's day-to-day financial and managerial operations, providing superior, fiscally-responsible services to Cherry Hill's 72,000+ residents. Maris and his wife Tammi, 20-year Township residents, raised two sons here.	Matt Toyer Constituent Relations Director Confidential Aide to the Mayor E-mail Matt directs the municipality's relationships to its stakeholders- residents, civic organizations, corporate citizens, and government agencies. He delivers excellent customer care to constituents through the Mayor's office. He holds a BA in Marketing with a Political Science concentration from Cedarville University, and he serves on various boards as the Mayor's liaison.

Dan Keashen Communications Director Confidential Aide to the Mayor E-mail Dan works with the media and provides public information for the Township. He has been an editor and reporter for several regional publication companies, including Journal Register, Metroweek, and Elauwit. He has written articles for the Courier Post, SJ Magazine and Power Play Magazine, and holds an MA in Writing from Rowan University with a Journalism specialization.	Penny Hemphill Executive Assistant E-mail Penny maintains the Mayor's personal schedule and correspondence. She also works daily with Cherry Hill's residents, helping them find answers to any type of question. Penny has lived in South Jersey for more than 15 years. Her background is in Public Relations, and she transitioned to government from her most recent role at GMAC Mortgage Company.
