Robin Goins
Director

Robin has been with the Township since July of 2003. He relocated from Cincinnati, Ohio in 2002 where he worked for an ATM networking company for over 3 years. Robin started out his technical career with 6-plus years of service in the US Navy. Robin now directs the municipality's overall IT infrastructure, including Town Hall, the Public Library, Police facilities, and a partnership to manage the Cherry Hill Fire District's IT needs as well. Melissa started with us in August 2004 after completing an internship with the Information Technology Office at the Supreme Court of New Jersey. Melissa graduated with honors from Burlington County College in 2005 and has certifications such as A+ and CCNA. Currently, Melissa is completing a Bachelor’s of Science in Technical Management at Devry University. While at the Township Office of Information Technology, Melissa specializes in server and network administration, managed software deployment, as well as administration of Microsoft Exchange Server.
Paul Campana

Paul joined the Cherry Hill Police Department in October of 1997. Paul worked as a police officer in the uniform division until he was transferred into Information Technology in 2002. Before coming the police department Paul was a Firefighter/EMT for the Cherry Hill Fire Department and also has worked in the Emergency Medical Services field as an EMT. He holds a BA degree from Rowan University and has a diverse background in the fields of computers, electronics and RF communications. Paul’s specialties include radio system management, mobile data administration, and other police department related IT functions.

 
Joe Mastroianni

Joe became a member of the Cherry Hill Township Office of Information Technology in November 2005. Joe began his computer career as a web developer in early 1999 after attending specialized courses at Marco and Associates Inc for Web Design and Programming, and went on to establish his own Web development company in 2000. In 2002 Joe joined LS, Inc a litigation support service based in New York as a PC and Network specialist gaining extensive experience in Citrix Administration and IPro Document Imaging. Joe’s main areas of expertise include Networking, Thin Clients, Electronic Document Management and Web Programming.

Biju Thankachan
Programmer / Application Development

Biju joined  the Information Technology Department in September 2005.  Before he emigrated from India in 2005, he received his Masters in Computer Applications, his Bachelor’s in mathematics and his certification in web programming.  Biju was also trained in Software Programming from Solversa Technologies (one of the top private software companies worldwide) for 6 months and worked for 2 years as a software programmer for a US based software company (Wilsco Inc)  in India. His current focus is in developing server side and client side web applications and databases for many different departments throughout the Township.

Carol Puccio
Library Automation Supervisor

Carol joined the Cherry Hill Public Library in 1986 as a part time Circulation Clerk. Over the past 20 years she has worked her way up from Circulation to Technical Services and finally to the IT Department. She assisted the Supervisor of Computer Operations by performing various tasks which required extensive expertise and knowledge of both computer hardware and software products and applications. She has taken several job related courses at Camden County College as well as courses offered at the South Jersey Regional Library Cooperative. Carol is responsible for all facets of automation for the library and she is the supervisor for the Computer Lab personnel.
