The goals of the study are as
follows:
1. Establish mobility improvements to provide safe ingress and
egress to study area properties and to ensure the safety of
vehicles, pedestrians, and bicyclists.
2. Provide design standards for landscaping, signage, pedestrian
circulation, and parking that will enhance the study area but
also are feasible for the business owners.
3. Continue to capitalize on the redevelopment of Garden State
Park and the new development at the Cherry Hill Mall by
improving site aesthetics.
Through extensive analysis and recommendations, the Township and consultant have will provided a plan for future improvement of the Haddonfield Road corridor and offer business owners the framework to improve individual sites- to further enhance Cherry Hill's reputation as a 'Best Place' for commerce.
