1. How do I obtain a copy of a public record (OPRA)?

Under the Open Public Records Act (OPRA) you may request a copy of a public document by sending the completed request form to the Township Clerk’s Office either by fax at (856) 488-7893, via the contact us form, or by mail to:

2. How do I get a copy of my birth, marriage, civil union, domestic partnership, or a relative’s death certificate?

Certified copies of vital records are available in the town where the event occurred. Proof of relationship to the person named on the record is required by state law. There is a fee for each certified copy requested. Please contact the Township Clerk’s Office for further instructions if you would like to request a certified copy of a vital record where the event occurred in Cherry Hill.
