Transport

Cherry Hill's central location provides easy and convenient access to the Northeast's major cities and destinations. Located only five miles from Philadelphia, 50 miles from Atlantic City and 90 miles from New York City, Cherry Hill is also close to Baltimore and Washington D.C.

Cherry Hill has an established transportation infrastructure of roads and mass transit. The New Jersey Turnpike and Interstate 295 both help connect Cherry Hill with neighboring and regional centers from New York to Delaware. New Jersey Routes 38 and 70 both cross Cherry Hill and provide the crucial east-west thoroughfares, linking Cherry Hill with the Jersey Shore and Philadelphia.

Mass transit is also prominent in Cherry Hill. By providing easy access to public transportation, residents and visitors can travel throughout Cherry Hill, Philadelphia and to other cities in the region.

The Port Authority Transit Company
The Port Authority Transit Company (PATCO) offers a high-speed rail line that connects Cherry Hill at the Woodcrest Station with points in Philadelphia and Southern New Jersey. The High-Speed Line has a total of 13 stations, nine in New Jersey and four in Philadelphia. Seven days a week and around the clock, the High-Speed Line offers a fast, comfortable and reliable alternative to driving.

New Jersey Transit
New Jersey Transit operates a terminal (Cherry Hill Station) in Cherry Hill, just off of Route 70 behind the Garden State Pavilions. NJ Transit covers a service area of 5,325 square miles and is the nation's third largest provider of bus, rail and light rail transit linking Cherry Hill to major points in New Jersey, New York and Philadelphia.

Dozens of New Jersey Transit bus routes run throughout the community providing extensive service to a variety of local and regional destinations.

Amtrak
Amtrak has stations in nearby Philadelphia and Trenton (NJ) providing access to famous Philadelphia landmarks as well as transportation to major cities in the Northeast and beyond.

Amtrak provides a wide range of travel options to ensure that your trip is comfortable and relaxing.

Airports
Cherry Hill is also less than 20 minutes from Philadelphia International Airport and 50 minutes from the Atlantic City International Airport. Philadelphia International Airport is the 18th-busiest airport in the United States and is located just off Interstate 95 in Philadelphia. Atlantic City International Airport offers commuter flights all along the eastern seaboard and Florida and is easily accessible from the NJ Turnpike, the Garden State Parkway and the Atlantic City Expressway.
