CH Twp desires to appoint an individual or firm for the purpose of providing maintenance of digital tax maps & geographic information system base map services for the Twp.  The appt will be for a period of 1 yr beginning January 1, 2019 to December 31, 2019. 

1. The existing tax map set for the Twp consists of 5 Key Maps & approx. 238 individual plates.  The maps are digitally generated & have been maintained through 2018 conditions.
2. The Twp's GIS base map should be maintained in conjunction w/the tax map work so that all Twp mapping reflects 2019 conditions.
3. All tax mapping work must be completed under the auspices of a NJ Licensed Land Surveyor & in accordance with current State regulations & standards.

Project Reference:
1. There are approximately 27,196 line items (parcels) within the Twp.
2. All tax mapping must conform with Tax Maps Regulations & Standards, latest edition, as published by the NJ Dept of the Treasury, Div. of Taxation
3.ESRI software products shall be utilized for GIS maintenance.
4. All GIS data was created on the NJ State Plane Coordinate System & North American Datum of 1983 (NAD83).

The consultant will be required to have superior knowledge & experience in all aspects of tax map and G.I.S. mapping for municipal, county & institutional entities. Any experience or knowledge of projects directly related to the Twp of Cherry Hill should be addressed within the submission.
