When selling a one or two family home in Cherry Hill, you must obtain a Certificate of Smoke Alarm and Carbon Monoxide Detector Compliance prior to the settlement. Please carefully review the 2018 revised checklist.
Please submit your request for inspection three to four weeks prior to the settlement date.
The certificate will be issued at the time of the inspection if the home is compliant and payment is received.
