The Recreation Commission was established by ordinance 73-10 and serves an advisory capacity to the Recreation Department on matters pertaining to fees collected for enrichment programs. The Recreation Commission assembles quarterly to review potential programs and their associated costs. Together with the Recreation Director and Recreation Manager, the Recreation Commission establishes the fee structure for Recreation-based programming offered by Cherry Hill Township. This does not include recreation activities provided by local sports leagues, swim clubs or other similar organizations.
The Recreation Commission will meet quarterly before each new season of programming is announced.
